- Serve as the primary technical and commercial contact for customers in the non-utility sector, including industrial plants, EPC contractors, private developers, and large commercial or infrastructure projects.
- Understand customer project requirements and recommend suitable high-voltage (HV) product solutions aligned with technical specifications and commercial objectives.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution presentations, and product recommendations to customers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including opportunity identification, technical discussions, proposal and quotation development, and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with EPCs, industrial clients, engineering consultants, and key decision-makers to support continuous business growth.
- Support tender preparation and submission, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, commercial terms, and project timelines.
- Coordinate closely with internal engineering, product, and service teams to ensure accurate solution design and timely customer support throughout project execution.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to update sales pipelines, manage opportunities, and track customer interactions.
- Conduct regular customer visits, site meetings, and market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitive activities in non-utility sectors.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with HV standards, safety guidelines, and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, technical sales, or application engineering within the power transmission, distribution, or industrial power systems market in Thailand.
- Strong technical knowledge of HV equipment, power systems design, and applicable IEC/IEEE standards, especially for industrial and EPC project environments.
- Ability to analyze complex technical specifications and translate them into competitive technical-commercial offerings.
- Proven track record in managing customer relationships with EPCs, industrial clients, consultants, and project decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently to customer sites and project locations across Thailand.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
