- Develop, implement, and evaluate training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and capabilities
- Collaborate with department heads to identify key talent and create succession plans
- Oversee the performance management process including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms
- Design and implement career development frameworks providing employees with clear pathways for growth within the organisation
- Develop initiatives to foster a positive work environment, promote employee morale, and enhance overall job satisfaction
- Manage the learning and development budget effectively ensuring resources are allocated efficiently
- Utilise HR data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of development programs and initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred
- Over 10 years of experience in human resources focusing on talent development and organisational development
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles, best practices, and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Proven project management abilities managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to go to upcountry in Thailand
- Thai nationality
