Innovative mindset with the ability to identify trend and improvement opportunities Excellent problem-solving skills using structured analysis and data-driven approaches Experience in applying AI, data analytics, and programming skill to drive manufacturing efficiency Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional and cross-site teams Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive decisions and execution, Proactive, independent, and results-oriented Good understanding of process interdependencies across manufacturing, quality, and business impact Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
