- Act as the key technical and commercial point of contact for customers in the utility sector.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable HV product solutions aligned with project needs.
- Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and solution recommendations for customers and consultants.
- Manage the entire sales cycle including opportunity development, technical discussions, quotations, and contract negotiation.
- Maintain strong relationships with utility clients, EPCs, and key industry stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
- Support tender submissions, ensuring all technical and commercial requirements are met.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, product, and service teams to ensure accurate solution delivery and timely customer support.
- Track sales opportunities and maintain accurate records using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Conduct regular customer visits and market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant HV standards, safety requirements, and company policies throughout the sales process.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering.
- + 5 year's experience in sales, technical sales, or application engineering within the power transmission & distribution industry in Thailand.
- Strong technical knowledge of HV equipment, power systems, grid technologies, and applicable IEC/IEEE standards.
- Ability to understand complex technical specifications and develop commercially competitive solutions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships at multiple levels.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and within a team.
- Have valid driver's license and willing to travel frequently within Thailand.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good command of English.
