You will help us innovate to ensure the development and use of the most sophisticated technologies. We value your creativity and skill in analyzing and solving problems.The Process Engineer will learn the required technical manufacturing skills, onboard to IWS, develop general leadership skills, and leverage digital analytics.Your teamAs a Product Supply Manager, you are joining one of the departments in supply chain team and reporting to one of the supply chain leaders.How success looks likeYour success would be based on operational and project work you're doing, which would be reviewed quarterly. Your manager would provide full-support through continuous mentoring and coaching.ResponsibilitiesMaintain Fundamentals

Drive Operational Excellence: Understand and drive the proper execution of the HS&E and Quality foundations.
Own and manage a DMS for the Line.
Act as a coach for the EO to drive IWS progress, perfect execution of the SWP and improvement of the standards.

Eliminate Losses via Continuous Improvement Cycle:

Conduct thorough assessments via RE analysis, touch mapping and weekly Hoshin.
Propose and implement solutions that streamline processes, eliminate failures, and reduce manual intervention.
Data management and visualization skills/tools in one or more of the following: Databricks, SQL, KNIME, Tableau, Power BI, JMP/SPSS or similar).

Support and Lead Digital Solutions Adoption:

Facilitate the integration of new digital tools and technologies within the organization.
Provide training and support to team members on the effective use of digital solutions to ensure widespread adoption.
Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of digital systems and processes.

Drive Value Creation:

Participate in the yearly loss analysis process, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions that drive Net Sales (NS) and enhance overall operational performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices in operations.
Participate in a site Pillar network.

Job QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering in any fieldDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in digital skills, including familiarity with manufacturing software, data analysis tools, and automation technologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.Open for fresh graduates to apply.Previous experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment is preferred.Able to work in Wellgrow industrial estate (We provide the transportation support)About usWe produce globally recognized brands, and we grow the best business leaders in the industry.
