- Collaborate closely with the sales team to effectively communicate technical aspects to clients.Pre-Sales Support:- Conduct impactful product demonstrations and articulate technical presentations.
- Assist in the creation of proposals that align with client needs.Customer Engagement:- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges, and proposing tailored software solutions.
- Provide expert technical guidance throughout the sales process.Collaboration:- Work closely with sales, product, and development teams to facilitate seamless communication.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven track record with 5-10 years of experience as a Sales Engineer / Account Manager in the software solution technology sector or in Oil & Gas , Chemical Companies
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach.
