- Develop annual and seasonal merchandising calendars for Accessories & Gadgets.
- Plan and execute promotion programs, bundles, and attach-rate campaigns to drive sell-through.
- Design in-store and digital communication materials in collaboration with Retail and VM teams.
- Ensure product display, signage, and messaging align with brand and category positioning.
- Coordinate product launches, hero SKUs, and event-based displays (e.g., new iPhone launch, 11.11, Christmas).
- Develop and implement commercial campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and category conversion.
- Coordinate cross-channel promotional activities across retail and online platforms.
- Manage category communication programs including POS materials, digital banners, and store signage.
- Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and recommend improvements for future activations.
- Partner with suppliers and internal teams for joint promotions and co-branded initiatives.
- Plan and execute retail events, product showcases, and seasonal activations across stores.
- Collaborate with suppliers for co-branding campaigns, pop-ups, or joint promotions.
- Coordinate event logistics, visual setup, and post-event performance analysis.
- Establish, manage, and monitor category commercial and promotion budgets.
- Track cost efficiency and ROI for each program and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Negotiate with vendors for trade funding and co-investment opportunities.
- Provide monthly reporting on campaign spend, sell-out uplift, and budget utilization.
- Work closely with Category (Product) team, Retail Ops, and VM teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Support end-to-end go-to-market planning for key accessories and gadgets.
- Act as the communication bridge between commercial, category, and retail execution teams.
- Identify new promotional mechanics and activation ideas to enhance customer engagement.
- Benchmark competitors’ programs and retail trends for best practice adoption.
- Recommend new ways to integrate omnichannel campaigns to enhance customer journey.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in Merchandising, Trade Activation, or Retail Campaign Management — preferably within consumer electronics or lifestyle retail.
- Strong background in sales promotion, campaign execution, and retail communication.
- Proven experience in budget management and ROI tracking.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Creative, analytical, and commercially driven.
- Fluent in English (Thai language proficiency is an advantage).
