We are looking for a passionate and experienced Events Manager to lead our events team and deliver unforgettable experiences through flawless execution and heartfelt service.Key Responsibilities:Plan and manage various events, including weddings, corporate seminars, and private celebrations.Ensure smooth coordination with clients, internal departments, and external partners.Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing team to exceed guest expectations.Oversee budgets, timelines, and event logistics with precision and creativity.Uphold Shangri-La standards while tailoring each event to the unique needs of the client.Requirements:Solid experience in event execution, especially weddings and seminars.Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.Excellent communication in English; Korean language is a plus.Team-oriented, detail-driven, and guest-focused mindset.Be part of a team that brings colorful joys of life to every celebration.
