• Collaborated with the team to design and develop debt collection strategies using behavioral segmentation to optimize communication channels (SMS, IVR, Talk-Bot, Voice Calls, Field Visits, and OA Management).
• Monitored and tracked key performance indicators (KPIs), including Roll Rates, Flow Rates, and Recovery Rates, to ensure portfolio health.
• Analyzed portfolio trends and identified vulnerabilities to propose proactive strategic adjustments.
• Aligned collection strategies with bank policies and adapted tactics to respond to shifting economic conditions or financial crises.
• Utilized Collection Scorecards for debtor segmentation and conducted Champion/Challenger testing to evaluate and continuously improve strategy effectiveness.
• Deliver specialized ad-hoc reports for management and strategy teams, providing deep-dive insights into performance drivers, incentive structures, and budget planning for informed decision-making.
• Generate comprehensive daily and monthly debt reports to optimize collection processes and proactively minimize Non-Performing Loans (NPL).

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Collection Strategy, Credit Risk, or Data Analytics within the financial services industry.
• High proficiency in data management and analytical tools; experience with Data Visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
