- We are seeking a performance-driven Senior Sales Manager - Corporate Accounts & MICE to deliver immediate revenue growth through strategic corporate account management and proactive MICE development.
- The ideal candidate brings an established portfolio of corporate and MICE clients and can activate accounts quickly to generate business.
- Responsible for securing high-value opportunities across contracted corporate accounts, room revenue, group production, and group catering contribution.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, conduct regular client visits and reviews, and expand market share within Bangkok's competitive landscape while thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- 6-10 years of Sales & Marketing experience with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Experienced in managing international clients and corporate accounts in Bangkok.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communicator in English and Thai, able to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Proficient in OPERA, CVENT, and LANYON sales/event management systems.
