As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for executing the end-to-end sales process for our SME financing business - from generating SME leads and preparing sales memos to post-approval activities.What you will do:
  • Support the end-to-end sales process for SME financing, from lead generation, preparing sales memos, to post-approval follow-up
  • Assist in achieving individual sales and revenue targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process and positive client experience
  • Learn and develop understanding of the company's financial products and use cases
  • Build relationships with SME clients and support in delivering a good client experience
  • Communicate and educate clients about the company's products, services, and offerings
  • Support in handling client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Work closely with internal departments to meet client expectations
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates are welcome (preferably in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related fields)
  • Strong interest in SME lending / financial services
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and willingness to take initiative
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
