• Client Liaison: •Gather detailed product requirements and specifications from clients.
• Maintain regular communication to update clients on production progress, challenges, and timelines. Manufacturer
• Coordination: Communicate client specifications to our global manufacturing partners.
• Monitor the production process to ensure adherence to quality and specifications.
• Address any discrepancies or concerns promptly.
• Product Knowledge: Understand various dietary supplement & Cosmetics formulations
• Stay updated on the latest trends, flavours, and textures in the Dietary supplement & Cosmetics market.
• Regulatory Compliance: Be knowledgeable about international and local regulations related to the export/import of dietary supplements.
• Ensure all products adhere to regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies as necessary.
• Quality Assurance: Work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure the end product matches client specifications.
• Address any product quality concerns immediately.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Cosmetics, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the dietary supplement or cosmetics industry, particularly in production, formulation, quality control, or regulatory compliance.
• Experience in project management or coordination is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Proficiency in English and Thai language.
• Additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Characteristics: Proactive and solution-oriented.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Strong ethical standards and integrity.
