- Strategic B2B Sales: Prospect and secure partnerships with furniture factories, kitchen brands, and interior fit-in companies that require professional installation sub-contractors.
- Service Solution Pitching: Present our "IKEA-standard" installation capabilities and nationwide coverage as a scalable solution for manufacturers to reduce their overhead and fixed labor costs.
- Resource Optimization: Work closely with the Internal Operations Team (IKEA unit) to assess resource availability and ensure that new B2B projects align with our current operational capacity.
- Quotation & SOW Management: Review technical drawings/blueprints, understand fitting requirements, and prepare service quotations based on project complexity and volume.
- Relationship Management: Act as the key account manager for furniture brands, ensuring our installation quality meets their brand standards and managing long-term service agreements.
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience specifically within the Furniture Manufacturing, Interior Fit-out, or Construction Material industries.
- Ability to read furniture assembly drawings and understand fit-in installation processes (e.g., built-in cabinets, modular systems).
- Pre-existing connections with purchasing managers or production managers at furniture factories/brands in Thailand is a major plus.
- Strong ability to negotiate "Price per Unit" or "Service Volume Agreements" with large-scale manufacturers.
- Must have a personal vehicle to visit factories and production sites.
