Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.About the roleThe H&S Assistant Manager plays a key role in supporting the HSE Manager by helping drive site KPIs that align with the company's goals and targets. In this role, you're responsible for putting the Safety, Health & Environment program into action and making sure the site complies with regulations as well as Reckitt's internal standards.
A big part of the job involves analyzing HSE data, reporting on performance and trends, and spotting any gaps in the system. From there, you help propose improvement plans through the site's scorecard or dashboard. You'll also track corporate HSE data, look into the key factors influencing performance across different processes, and ensure that high HSE standards are consistently maintained-whether that's related to ISO Management Systems, Environmental and Safety Management Systems, or Security Management.
On top of all that, the H&S Assistant Manager also serves as the main point of contact for managing day-to-day operations.Your responsibilities

Maintain and support ISO 45001, ISO 14001, PSM, Reckitt Standards, and audit preparation.
Track CAR/PAR closures, training plans, HSE budgets, CAPEX, and incident logs.
Report site H&S performance through dashboards and systems such as Enablon.
Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and recommend preventive actions.
Update teams on changes in standards and regulations.
Join daily operational meetings and coach staff on H&S practices.
Lead annual Reckitt standards self-assessment and support training.
Handle government reporting and documentation.
Escalate major risks or improvement opportunities to the HSE Manager.

The experience we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health, Safety Engineering, or related fields
At least 10 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment
Minimum 3 years in a management or analytical role
Strong understanding of all applicable Thai government regulations
ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001 knowledge, plus Internal/Lead Auditor certification
Advanced Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis program certifications
Experience with FM Global, NFPA, OSHA, or other international codes is a plus
Experience working in a multinational company is required
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an intermediate level for data analysis
Experience with Power BI or other data analysis tools is an advantage
Good command of English communication
