Quality Management Representative (Manager position)

• Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineer or related field

• Experiences 10 years in management level of work experience in the field of Production, Engineering, Quality

• Automotive products knowledge, Customer handling, Team management and QMS are required.

• Fluent in English Communication

• Proficiency in computer skills (MS-office)

• 8D coach certified and Problem-solving skills

• Responsibilities:

• Act as the management representative for the Quality Management System (QMR) in accordance with the requirements of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

• Plan, develop, and control the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and customer requirements.

• Oversee standards control, product/service quality, and international certification standards (ISO).

• Supervise and drive each department to develop, improve, and implement standard operating documents such as Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Work Instructions (WI) to ensure systematic processes aligned with the organization's Quality Management System.

• Oversee the preparation, review, approval, and control of documents in the Document Control Center (DCC) system to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.

• Manage risks and opportunities in accordance with Clause 1, including establishing control plans and monitoring results.

• Plan and conduct Internal Audits and prepare for External Audits / Surveillance Audits.

• Report on Quality Management System performance to top management and organize Management Review meetings.

• Establish and monitor organizational quality KPIs, analyze trends, and propose improvement initiatives.

• Control the management of customer complaints and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Oversee control of product specifications and customer requirement specifications.

• Coordinate with production, engineering, and related departments to ensure manufacturing processes comply with required standards.

• Control calibration of measuring equipment to ensure compliance with relevant requirements.

• Analyze quality problems using quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and FMEA.

• Oversee the proper maintenance of quality records to ensure completeness and traceability.

• Provide guidance and training to employees regarding the Quality Management System and relevant requirements.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes.

• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and relevant industry standards related to rubber products.

• Evaluate and monitor supplier performance in terms of quality (Supplier Evaluation).

• Support strategic quality planning for the organization.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for presentation to management.

• Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
