- Service Operation Management : Oversee the day-to-day operation of the service department , ensuring high levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction. / Develop and implement standard operating procedures as per the guidelines from the Brand OEM. / Ensure that the service team is adequately trained and equipped to handle all types of vehicle maintenance and repair tasks.
- Customer Satisfaction : Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. / Handle customer complaints and feedback , ensuring resolution of issues. / Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and initiate corrective action as needed.
- Parts and Inventory Management : Manage the procurement , storage , and distribution of parts and accessories. / Ensure optimal inventory levels to support service operations without excessive overstocking. / Negotiate with suppliers and manage relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of parts. / Compliance of in country regulatory for importation of sparts and cost-effective logistic management. / Develop and manage after sales campaign to bring in additional revenue to the company.
- Parts Distribution : Oversee the distribution and logistics of spare parts to various service locations. / Ensure efficient and timely delivery of parts to support maintenance and repair activities. / Implement processes to track and manage parts movement and storage.
- Warranty Administration: Oversee warranty claims processing and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines. / Manage relationships with manufacturers regarding warranty policies and procedures. / Analyze warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Team Leadership and Development : Lead , mentor , and develop the after-sales , team , including service advisors , technicians , and parts specialists. / Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews. / Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
- Financial Management : Develop and manage the after-sales budget , ensuring cost control and profitability. / Monitor financial performance and implement measure to achieve financial targets. / Prepare regular financial reports for senior management.
- Quality Control : Implement quality control measures to ensure that all service work meets or exceeds industry standards. / Conduct regular audits and inspections and facilities. / Address any quality issues promptly and effectively.
