- Perform data, market intelligence and profitability analysis to drive meaningful discussions with commercial team in deal management
- Ensure Delegation of Authority (DOA) is followed for price discount, special price and deductions
- Find opportunities to improve financial results strategically via customers and product mix optimization
- Validate formula-based pricing for OEM accounts
- Covers B2C and B2B markets
- Utilize 3rd party research firm’s data and field intelligence to build the value chain analysis, thereby positioning sell out, sell through and sell in prices
- Maintain and update price management system and SAP
- Collect and organize the sales deductions and customer rebates for accrual activities
- Contribute data to regional dashboard and act as a power user to enable region wide trend analysis for volume, net sales, gross profit (GP) and unit GP
- Seek continuous improvement on the quality of the dashboard
- Support additional pricing or business intelligence initiatives as needed to drive EBIT growth.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership to meet evolving business needs.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. Other disciplines may also be considered.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pricing, marketing or commercial roles.
- Preferred experience in a multinational and multicultural business environment.
- Strong analytical skills for research, data analysis, and recommendation development.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP and pricing software experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with structure, organization, and discipline.
- Data Mastery: Collects market intelligence, internal cost data and perform profitability analysis to evaluate price offers. Uses pricing strategy and benchmarking to formulate recommendations.
- Communication Skills: Provides data-backed recommendations on market pricing and strategy to influence commercial approaches.
- Stakeholder Management: Builds trusted relationships across business units to achieve alignment and buy-in.
- Execution Excellence: Maintains a disciplined focus on action plan execution, contributing to commercial and financial results.
- Corporate office environment; position may require sitting for up to 80% of the time.
- Up to 10% travel may be required, with overnight travel limited to approximately 10% or less.
