- Conduct feasibility studies and financial modeling for new ventures (e.g., body & paint garage, insurance brokerage).
- Evaluate and optimize existing business processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead or support strategic projects related to process improvement, operational excellence, and system implementation.
- Contribute to the design, rollout, and performance tracking of initiatives that enhance core business operations.
- Assist in defining business models, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
- Prepare business cases and executive presentations for investment or expansion proposals.
- Support project planning, execution, and post-launch performance tracking of new business units.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in an analytics, process improvement, or consulting role.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
