We focus on delivering seamless, high-quality services and solutions related to HR operations, payroll, and employee support. Our mission is to ensure every Agodan receives timely, accurate, and friendly assistance-whether it's about onboarding, benefits, tax, or day-to-day HR needs. By combining operational excellence with a people-first approach, we help create a positive and productive workplace for everyone at Agoda.In this 8-months contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring Agoda's compliance with the Revenue Department's IBC 15% tax regulation, specifically the requirement for expatriate employees to reside in Thailand for at least 180 days. Adherence to this regulation is crucial, as non-compliance may result in audits and financial penalties. Your contributions will be key to protecting Agoda from potential legal and financial risks.Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and verify the stay periods of expatriate employees to confirm eligibility for tax benefits.
- Maintain and regularly update guidance materials for employees regarding Thai tax return filing.
- Respond promptly and accurately to employee inquiries on tax-related matters.
- Provide ongoing support and clarification to expatriate employees throughout the Thai tax filing process.
- Deliver general administrative and operational assistance to the Payroll Team as needed.
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Strong interest in building team capabilities and sharing knowledge.

- Proficient in basic computer operations (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, document management).
