- Participate in salary survey, prepare, and propose salary structure.
- Ensure the current compensation and benefits program, policies, pay structure, welfare regulation are able competitive with market and attractive
- To imitate and develop salary structure and analyze competitor's salary rate and benefit.
- To provide staff records and keep updates on HRIS program for front & office staff
- To manage the payroll process and pay on the payday under each department condition
- HR data analysis for people dimension and store profile
- Perform other duties as assigned by superior
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of HRM supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service business.
