Production Engineering Manager (Manufacturing)

• Thai native speaking
• Bachelor's or higher in any field
• Over 13 years of experience in Production Engineering. 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or higher. Work experience in a Japanese manufacturing company is required.
• Knowledge of Kaizen and Process Improvement
• Experience leading new projects or new model launch activities
• Good command in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)

• Management of the production engineering team and technical staff
• Provide daily operational instructions, assign responsibilities, and manage task progress to support stable production line operations.
• Respond promptly to production issues and requests from the shop floor, assigning them to the appropriate technical staff.
• Preparation for new model launch (equipment installation, trials, and process setup)
• Oversee scheduling and preparation for each production process, from equipment installation to test runs.
• Participate in prototype trials, identify issues, drive countermeasures, and lead all readiness activities toward mass production. 3. Promotion of productivity, quality, and cost-improvement activities
• Plan and implement initiatives such as labor-hour reduction, line balance optimization, and OEE improvement.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to promote technical measures that reduce defect rates and improve yield.
• Leading technical improvement initiatives
• Lead root-cause analysis and development of permanent countermeasures for equipment issues.
• Drive technical initiatives such as Kaizen, process improvement, and automation to enhance factory productivity.
• Engineer development and performance management
• Create and implement training plans based on the skill-matrix evaluation.
• Provide OJT guidance and conduct performance reviews to improve technical capability and foster team development.
