- Assist in preparing ingredients and food items for different kitchen outlets.
- Ensure food preparation follows standard recipes, portion control, and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and kitchen equipment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Support the Chef de Partie and kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient food production.
- Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good teamwork skills.
