Entity: Customers & ProductsJob Family Group: Sales GroupJob Description:Let me tell you about the roleWe are seeking a highly motivated with results-oriented Industrial Account Manager to drive profitable growth and develop strong customer relationships within the industrial sector in Thailand.This role is meaningful for executing key account strategy, understanding market dynamics, and improving sales potential. The scope of main products is industrial lubricants and metal working fluid. The majority of customer's plant is located in Industrial Zone across Thailand.What you will deliverDevelop and execute account strategies and business plans to achieve sales targets and grow businessBuild deep understanding of customers, competitors, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and manage risksActively listen to customer needs and translate insights into new business opportunities and solutionsLead value-proposal and conduct detailed negotiation planning to secure profitable, long-term partnerships and good teamworkDrive proposition development by converting customer pain points into compelling Castrol solutionsProactively manage prospecting, pipeline, and new business development activitiesDeliver accurate sales forecasting and demand planning to ensure product availabilityWork closely with cross-functional teams (technical, supply chain, marketing etc) to ensure flawless service and deliveryWhat you will need to be successful (experience and qualifications)Proven experience in industrial sales or B2B account management, with strong capabilities in account strategy and business developmentHighly motivated and resilient, with the energy, attitude, and flexibility to overcome challenges in a multifaceted environmentStrong customer-centric approach, combined with excellent communication and listening skills to optimally collaborate with internal partnersSolid capability in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and demandThis role covers a wide geographic across Thailand, flexible to travel to work in up-country with a strong focus on safety awareness and self-disciplinePreferably sales experience within industrial lubricants and metal working fluidsMinimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or chemical fieldThe ability to work fluently in Thai and EnglishCountry Work Location: ThailandAbout bpbp is a global energy business with a purpose to reimagine energy for people and our planet.
