- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to support the organisation's goals in the FMCG industry.
- Analyse market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align operational activities with strategic objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives effectively.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimise business performance and market positioning.
- Oversee the development of key partnerships and alliances to drive business growth.
- Monitor the execution of strategic initiatives and measure their impact on organisational goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 12 to 18 years of progressive sales leadership experience within FMCG
- Proven experience leading nationwide sales operations with large teams
- Strong exposure to General Trade and Modern Trade channels in Thailand
- Demonstrated track record of delivering aggressive revenue growth and market share expansion
- Experience managing complex distributor networks
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
- Fluent Thai and strong English communication skills
- Experience in beverage, personal care, or high-volume FMCG categories
- Exposure to transformation or commercial restructuring projects
- Experience managing revenue exceeding multi-billion THB annually
