  • Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to support the organisation's goals in the FMCG industry.
  • Analyse market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with C-suite executives to align operational activities with strategic objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives effectively.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimise business performance and market positioning.
  • Oversee the development of key partnerships and alliances to drive business growth.
  • Monitor the execution of strategic initiatives and measure their impact on organisational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum 12 to 18 years of progressive sales leadership experience within FMCG
  • Proven experience leading nationwide sales operations with large teams
  • Strong exposure to General Trade and Modern Trade channels in Thailand
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering aggressive revenue growth and market share expansion
  • Experience managing complex distributor networks
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
  • Fluent Thai and strong English communication skills
Preferred Background
  • Experience in beverage, personal care, or high-volume FMCG categories
  • Exposure to transformation or commercial restructuring projects
  • Experience managing revenue exceeding multi-billion THB annually
