- • Provide efficient document and administrative services to superiors from group companies and show courtesy to clients and visitors at all times. • Responsible for document and administrative works, i.e. type correspondence, tenders, proposal, agreement and other documents as assigned. • Responsible for correspondence that is sent or received by courier, email and fax, including registering receipt of correspondence and circulation. • Keep all drawings neatly filed and labelled in the racks and maintain drawing storage register. • Arrange for printing, copying and binding of documents and drawings. • Assist in organizing company activities, functions, and meetings. • Maintain international standards set by other offices in the Meinhardt group. • Generally assist in maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy in the document and administrative section. • Carry out administrative duties and general clerical duties as directed. • Responsible for filing of correspondence. • Under the direction of functional superiors, carry out all general clerical duties as directed.
- - Bachelor's degree in Administration, English or other appropriate fields;. - 3-5 years minimum experience in administrative or secretarial function, proficient in computer skills (MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Good spoken and written English. - Able to work in other provinces.
