- B2B Sales from food ingredients or starch with application-based selling
- Familiarity with international and ASEAN markets with regional exposure
- Drive year-on-year revenue growth by acquiring new customers, expanding applications, and focusing on high-margin food solutions.
- Lead strategic business development initiatives aligned with market opportunities, customer needs, and expansion into high-value segments such as food & beverage, functional ingredients, and industrial applications.
- Champion solution-based selling by converting customer pain points into differentiated, value-added product and application solutions.
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with R&D, application, supply chain, and production teams to co-develop and deliver integrated customer solutions while enhancing commercial processes and forecasting accuracy.
- Build and manage a robust business development pipeline, execute go-to-market strategies for new products-including modified starch and specialty ingredients-and leverage digital and data-driven tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in business development or B2B sales within food ingredients, starch, or related industries, with a strong track record in application-based selling and managing complex B2B sales cycles.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, cultivate, and convert new business opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, application, supply chain, and other technical teams to support commercial objectives.
- Familiarity with international and ASEAN markets, with regional exposure considered an advantage.
