- Responsible for coordinating with internal (Sales team, Business Development, Regional Business Units) and external (vendor) to do plan, coordinate and execute innovative marketing campaigns (digital & physical) for branding, product/sales promotion.
- Research, analyze & manage data from campaign results, create analysis reports, from activities and support company's social media channels to ensure brand uniformity.Company & Product Strategy:
- Understand company''s product and sales strategies.
- Strengthen company's presence/brand awareness in Thailand by exploring, prospecting new customers prospect through executing inbound/outbound marketing initiatives.Marketing Specialist Activity:
- Understand market situation, forecasts market trends , provides market analysis and recommendations to Sales team to do execution to meet the company's goals.
- Support to create marketing strategy and activity management by collaborating with related stakeholders to achieve company's goal.
- Design and manage marketing campaigns through online & offline marketing channels and collaborate with multifunctional teams to execute them.
- Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand/product and work with stakeholders to create content for social media and websites.
- Help shape the brand positioning and narrative while targeting the proper audience.
- Analyzes sales and marketing key performance indicators through Customer Relationship Management software (e.g. Salesforce) and Marketing Automation software (e.g. Marketo).
- Manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Optimize landing pages and user funnels.
- Create 'Marketing Strategies' by utilizing analysis frameworks (PESTLE analysis, Porter's Five Forces, BCG Matrix, Mckinsey 7S, SWOT, BMC, BSC, etc.).
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data on consumers, competitors, and market trends to help companies make informed business decisions.REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE- Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Minimum *3 years of work experience as marketing officer (online (SEO/SEM) & offline) with 1)Marketing tools proficiency 2)proven knowledge of social media platform utilization 3)proven skills of marketing analysis & strategy.
- Familiar with PESTLE analysis, Porter's Five Forces, BCG Matrix, Mckinsey 7S, SWOT, BMC, BSC, etc.
- If have direct experience of working from electronics business or related business is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skill.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Candidate with *TOEIC score 700 or higher is highly preferred.[NOTE]

Time-Out: 4.30 - 6.00 PM.
Flexible Break Schedule (1 Hour): 11.00-12.00, 11.30-12.30, 11.45-12.45, 12.00-13.00
Voluntary Work from Home: 2days/week (can choose any day from Mon. - Fri.)
