You'll work alongside **dedicated and forward-thinking** teammates.You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that materials are available at the right time and place to meet Alstom's operational needs. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (**Global Business Centre Operations, Suppliers, and Project Teams**), **analyze supplier performance**, and support continuous improvement initiatives.You'll specifically take care of **managing material planning documents and delivery processes**, but also **propose and execute process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency**.We'll look to you for:Creating and maintaining material planning documents and updating delivery dates in the ERP systemCommunicating material planning documents to suppliers and following up on supplier confirmationsAnalyzing supplier confirmations versus Alstom needs and evaluating risks or impacts on production and projectsFollowing up on deliveries to ensure material availability for Alstom projectsProducing reports and performing data analysis to support decision-makingSupporting team initiatives or leading a continuous improvement assignmentAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
