- Drives and facilitates key cross-functional meetings on a weekly basis (e.g., Weekly Stand-up Meetings, Gate Meetings) to ensure operational execution aligns with agreed plans, while tracking and escalating operational blockers that may impact long-term process efficiency.• Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and cross-functional workflows; collect and analyze operational data to support the design, improvement, and optimization of process flows that enhance efficiency, execution quality, and risk mitigation.• Assist in planning and structuring process improvement initiatives across projects in alignment with organizational objectives, including preparing analyses, recommendations, and presentation materials for senior management and/or the Board of Directors.• Analyze existing workflows and operating processes, document gaps and improvement opportunities, and support relevant teams in defining improved ways of working across functions.• Support the execution of approved process improvements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, including developing templates, tools, and basic tracking mechanisms to support consistent execution and accountability.• Track and monitor changes resulting from process improvements during and after implementation, and support impact assessment to ensure improvements are effectively adopted.• Support senior leadership by collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing operational and business data to generate insights that inform business improvement initiatives and management decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, MBA, or equivalent)• Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations, Business Process Improvement, or Project Management roles• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights• Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills• Structured, proactive, and capable of leading initiatives and handling ad-hoc situations
