CNC Production Manager

• Oversee CNC machining operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality compliance.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production processes and meet business goals.

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.

• Monitor and improve KPIs such as production output, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).

• Manage resource planning, budgeting, and cost control to optimize profitability.

• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer service teams to align operations with business needs.

• Oversee machine maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional development within the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, production planning, and supply chain management.

• Experience in automotive, aerospace, or precision machining industries.

• Knowledge of automation, Industry 4.0, and digital manufacturing trends.

• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent operational excellence training.

• Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive process improvements.

• Experience with budgeting, cost management, and operational efficiency.

• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems for production planning and inventory control.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage teams at all levels.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
