- Define the long-term trade marketing strategy for both Modern Trade and Traditional Trade to ensure sustainable category growth.
- Oversee the total trade spend budget, ensuring maximum ROI through rigorous pre- and post-promotion evaluation and strategic allocation.
- Establish and govern nationwide execution standards (Availability, Visibility, Display, and Promotion) for both MT and TT channels.
- Serve as the strategic bridge between Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless alignment of business goals.
- Lead category development initiatives, utilizing deep shopper insights to define assortment, shelving (SOS), and pricing strategies that win at the point of purchase.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Sales Leadership within the FMCG industry.
- Deep knowledge of Revenue Growth Management, pricing elasticity, and trade-spend optimization.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and international regional leads.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in a senior leadership role (Head of/Director level) managing large, complex teams and multi-channel portfolios.
