Overseeing various collection activities, such as making phone calls, repossessing assets, restructuring debt, and considering other possible strategies to resolve unpaid debts.
Overseeing and actively participating in debt collection and overdue account management within the department.
Leading and managing a team of debt collection agents.
This role entails taking responsibility for creating strategic plans for the team, optimizing the team's work processes and systems, ensuring the quality of key performance indicators (KPIs), and offering coaching and training to team members.
Ensure that employees and outsourced units can perform their duties effectively while adhering to the company's standards and procedures. Additionally, verify that reports or issues related to services are promptly addressed in accordance with the company's policies and partnership agreements.
Select, training, introduce, manage, and evaluate the debt collection representative team's performance.

คุณสมบัติเพศ : ไม่ระบุอายุ(ปี) : 30 ปีขึ้นไประดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไปประสบการณ์(ปี) : 5 - 10คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Has 5-10 years of experience in debt collection, collection manager and overdue management in leasing/financial industry
Positive attitude, pleasant personality hire management excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management.
Bachelor degree or Master in Law / Finance or any related field.
Strong negotiation and can control emotions.
Good in spoken and written English
