You will collaborate seamlessly across marketing, operations, and finance to aggressively grow our revenue, secure market share, and ensure a flawless digital shopping experience for sports enthusiasts.Your Mission: Scale Our E-Commerce PresenceArchitect and execute a winning strategy for Shopee and future marketplace pipeline projects. You will optimize end-to-end workflows, secure highly efficient fulfillment, and launch high-converting campaigns that measurably drive business growth by year-end.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce journey from order placement to final delivery. Proactively identify, track, and troubleshoot system or IT issues to ensure seamless backend operations.Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and drive high-impact marketplace campaigns. Manage commercial budgets strategically to maximize ROI while maintaining strict alignment with our brand guidelines.Inventory & Supply Chain Alignment: Partner closely with supply, warehouse, and logistics teams to secure optimal stock availability, manage backend synchronization, enforce quality control, and guarantee rapid fulfillment speeds.Financial & Commercial Management: Take ownership of financial reconciliation, carefully validating commission fees and payments. Independently manage PO processing and billing with external suppliers.Customer Experience Optimization: Champion the end user. Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve escalated cases, utilizing raw operational data to uncover actionable insights that elevate the omnichannel shopping experience.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Revenue Generation & ROI: Consistently hit or exceed sales targets through optimized promotional campaigns and agile budget management.Operational Excellence: Maintain top-tier fulfillment rates, ensure flawless stock synchronization, and minimize backend system disruptions.Customer Satisfaction: Deliver a premium, 5-star buyer journey from the first click to the final delivery, significantly reducing escalated CS cases.Who Are We Looking For?At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce (platform or agency side).Experience with TikTok livestreaming or quick commerce on-demand platforms is a plus.Marketplace Expert: You bring proven, hands-on experience managing end-to-end workflows, campaign execution, and system troubleshooting on Shopee (experience with other major platforms is a strong plus).Data-Driven & Financially Astute: You possess a sharp commercial acumen.
