- Develop and implement human resource plans that support the business strategy.
- Ensure the timely execution of the annual People process.
- Organization Development and Training:
- Manage the development of organizational culture in alignment with strategic plans.
- Execute organization development plans as per the annual HR plan.
- Provide orientation and basic training for new employees.
- Implement Talent Review management and Individual Development Plans.
- Develop systems and procedures to foster a positive employee environment.
- Execute Employee Relations (ER) strategies at each site.
- Handle employee issues promptly and effectively.
- Lead EBA negotiations in line with business plans.
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits policies.
- Conduct annual management compensation reviews.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in administrative procedures.
- Collaborate on implementing SHE policy.
- Provide safety training to all employees.
- Develop staffing systems to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Recruit new employees meeting specifications in a timely manner.
- Ensure thorough screening, testing, and reference checks for recruits.
- Policy & Procedure & Local HR system review and development:
- Maintain consistency and equity in HR policies and procedures.
- Keep policies and procedures up to date and communicated effectively.
- Employee Communication and Recognition:
- Conduct annual employee/culture surveys.
- Manage internal communication activities.
- Establish a communication plan annually.
- Develop and implement a performance management system.
- Ensure consistent application across business units.
- Provide training for supervisors/managers.
- Human Resources Process and Administration:
- Maintain an efficient system for employee record-keeping.
- Coordinate timely and accurate payment processes.
- Ensure HR system provides relevant and up-to-date information.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute plans effectively.
