- Platform Mastery: Build, manage, and scale high-performance paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok to drive consistent growth
- Tactical Execution: Own daily budget allocation, funnel segmentation, and advanced bid management (including ASC, Cost Caps, and Target ROAS) to maximize efficiency
- Strategic Optimization: Analyze channel performance to develop data-driven "test-and-learn" frameworks that improve ROAS, CPA, and MER
- Rigorous Testing: Lead A/B testing initiatives across creative assets, ad copy, and landing pages to relentlessly improve conversion rates and audience resonance
- Forecasting & Insights: Collaborate with internal teams on performance reporting and forecasting to steer strategic budget planning and channel prioritization
- Briefing & Production: Partner with designers, editors, and influencers to develop high-performing creative briefs for video, statics, and UGC that align with brand standards
- Iterative Testing: Lead a high-velocity testing framework by launching weekly creative variations and analyzing performance trends to inform future production
- Performance Copywriting: Draft compelling ad copy for both prospecting and retargeting campaigns, expertly balancing brand voice with conversion-driven tactics
- Content Amplification: Collaborate with affiliates and UGC creators to identify, whitelist, and scale top-performing organic content
- Cross-Functional Insights: Maintain detailed reporting dashboards to share actionable creative learnings and campaign wins with the broader team
- Familiarity with clean beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and performance attribution tools
- 3+ years of experience managing Meta, Google and Amazon Ads (TikTok a strong bonus)
- Proven track record scaling DTC e-commerce brands through paid media
- Experience managing $50K–$150K per month in ad spend
- Strong analytical and performance reporting skills
- Ability to manage and troubleshoot Google product feeds
- Deep understanding of paid media metrics, attribution, and platform tools
- Excellent copywriting and creative briefing skills
- Strong creative instincts and the ability to collaborate on compelling content that converts
- Experience managing creative production: briefing, reviewing, and testing static and video formats
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Internet Connection:
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
- Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
- Primary Device:
- Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
- Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- Backup Device:
- Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
- Must be functional during power interruptions.
