Airfreight Manager

• Oversee and manage airfreight import and export operations to ensure service quality and compliance.
• Monitor KPIs including transit time, cost efficiency, service quality, and on-time performance.
• Ensure compliance with airline regulations, IATA standards, customs procedures, and company SOPs.
• Allocate resources, manage workload, and support problem resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operational processes.
• Provide operational input for commercial proposals and customer presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and airline partners.
• Identify market needs and collaborate with regional/global teams to develop competitive airfreight products.
• Analyze industry trends and propose new service offerings, routing options, and value-added solutions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in airfreight operations within a freight forwarder environment.
• Strong understanding of airfreight routing, carrier management, regulations, and operational flows.
• Experience supporting commercial teams - RFQ, pricing, solution design.
• Knowledge of airfreight product development or service design is a strong advantage.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Good English and Thai
• Proficient in English and familiar with operational systems (e.g., CargoWise, SAP TM, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-centric attitude.
