- Strategic Partnership Leadership: Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with B2B trade partners to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Flawless Execution: Deploy partnership frameworks and agreements with speed and precision, ensuring timely and effective trade activation.
- Trade Partner & Performance Management: Oversee trade partner relationships, track KPIs, and ensure every initiative delivers against agreed targets.
- Route-to-Market Innovation: Support the development and optimization of strategies and engagement flows for trade partner channels, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Activation Strategy: Define the optimal approach for each activation to ensure alignment with business priorities and deliver measurable results.
- Data-Driven Impact: Ensure all partnership activities are insight-led, performance-oriented, and aligned with ROI discipline principles.
- 10+ years in Sales & Marketing fields
- At least 4 years of experience in turning partnerships into growth engines for the business.
- Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across diverse groups.
- Experience in managing and tracking partnership performance metrics.
- A mindset that combines creativity with commercial acumen.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Fluency in Thai and English, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
