- Assist in the development of HR and Administration policies and procedures;
- Liaise with staff on routine HR matters.
- Assist in the staff recruitment; Screen candidate, Arrangement schedule and Interview.
- Monitor for staff absence record.
- Maintain confidential HR records / files; ensure confidentiality of sensitive information; ensure that accurate employee records are held;
- Support HR Manager to ensure the school has up to date policies and procedures on all people management issues.
- To do the probation evaluation and performance appraisal.
- Others task ad hoc assigned by HR Manager
- The Visa and Work Permit Coordinator's role is to ensure that the Visas, Work Permits and Teaching Licenses of foreign staff are processed in a timely and professional manner.
- Preparing documents to support Visa, Work Permit and Teaching License application and renewal.
- Applying for bank accounts and tax ID numbers for new foreign staff.
- Developing professional relationships with government departments (Immigration, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Labour).
