- Define and execute enterprise wide marketing strategy aligned with commercial and corporate growth objectives.
- Lead long term brand vision, positioning, and portfolio architecture across product categories.
- Translate business goals into integrated marketing roadmaps with measurable ROI.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on consumer trends, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.
- Oversee brand equity development and ensure consistent messaging across markets and channels.
- Drive brand innovation pipeline including new product launches, renovation strategies, and lifecycle management.
- Optimize product mix and pricing architecture to Commercial and Growth Performance maximize profitability and market penetration.
- Own marketing P&L accountability including budget allocation, efficiency optimization, and return on marketing investment.
- Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver integrated commercial plans.
- Identify new revenue streams, category expansion opportunities, and white space markets.
- Champion consumer centric marketing through insights, analytics, and segmentation.
- Lead digital transformation across performance marketing, CRM, e commerce, and omnichannel engagement.
- Utilize data, automation, and marketing technology platforms to enhance targeting and personalization.
- Leadership and Organization Development
- Build and lead a high performance marketing organization including brand, digital, insights, innovation, and communications teams.
- Establish KPIs, performance standards, and governance frameworks.
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and speed to market.
- Collaborate with internal leadership, regional teams, distributors, agencies, and external partners.
- Represent marketing in board discussions, investor presentations, and strategic planning forums.
- A proven track record in marketing leadership within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of market trends and consumer behaviour.
- Experience in creating and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, business, or a related field.
