Department: Industrial Inkjet PrinterJob Summary
- Standardize technical knowledge and technical support for SurePress and color label printers.
- Control spare parts inventory and implement a forecasting system.
- Standardize the escalation process to communicate with the regional service team, supporting product quality feedback and preventing future issues.Main Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to ASPs (Authorized Service Partners) and the Information Center team for SurePress and color label products.
- Act as an advisor on technical matters and continuously monitor and improve technical skills.
- Conduct regular visits to ASPs and customers to provide technical support and share experience.
- Support the spare parts refurbishment process for all relevant products.REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in repairing any printers (Color Industrial Inkjet Label Printers would be highly considered).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong presentation skills.
- Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Able to work with diverse nationalities and cultures, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills; a good team player.
- Willing and able to travel domestically and overseas.
- Own a car and hold a valid driver's license.
