Responsible for litigation resolution for customers & AIA issues
Responsible for Loss& Fraud prevention programme and presentation to AIA management as assigned.
Other tasks as per assignment.
- Process customer complaint cases
- Resolve more complex complaints escalated by customer service or customer contact centre staff
- Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
