Assistant Manager, Operational Excellence

• Lead the operations of teams under responsibility, including customer support and its end-to-end journey, procurement and internal purchasing of goods and services, and administration support and office management.
• Drive operational excellence by developing methods and processes that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance within the teams.
• Manage team processes to ensure compliance with regulations, strong internal controls, and smooth operational and logistical flow.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to align operational priorities with overall business strategy and ensure service quality.
• Lead and support company initiatives that strengthen processes, elevate service standards, and contribute to continuous improvement across the organization.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, procurement management, retail operations, store operations, customer journey management, or any related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, management, or any related field.
• Proven track record in a mid-senior or Assistant Manager role with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Good communication and people skills; able to coordinate with staff, vendors, and internal teams.
• Passion in the game and tech industry.
