From planning and forecasting to optimizing performance and supporting key commercial initiatives, Our Finance team is a key partner across every function. With a strong focus on integrity, accuracy, and collaboration, its goal is to ensure the company remains financially strong, agile, and ready for the future.The Part You Will PlayYou will take charge of coordination and administrative support, including creating Purchase Orders based on internal requests with accurate account and cost center mapping, and preparing quotations as required. You will act as the key liaison between the Commercial team (Sales/Account Management) and the Finance department, ensuring smooth workflow alignment and that all sales requests are translated into financial actions without delays or discrepancies.As a General admin, you will take charge of
  • Coordination & Support
  • PO Management: Create Purchase Orders in the system based on internal requests, ensuring accurate account categories and cost center mapping.
  • Quotation Management: Create Purchase Orders in the system based on internal requests.
  • Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the Commercial team (Sales/Account Management) and the Finance department.
  • Workflow Alignment: Ensure that sales requests are translated into financial actions (POs/Quotations) without delays or data discrepancies.
  • Manage the registration of new customers and vendors in the system and ensure proper documentation tracking, version control, and easy retrieval
  • Document Control
  • Company Records: Ensure records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible
  • Logistics: Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and package distribution. Act as the central point of control for document and parcel flow within the office

  • Good communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Able to handle confidential financial information with integrity
  • Proactive, willing to learn, and a strong team player
  • Experienced in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
