Supervisor, Product Engineer

Manage and performs technical support new product testing phase to delivery output, Leadtime, quality achieve target.
Monitor, tracking, investigate & improve new product testing to achieve on target
Finding & optimize parameters & routing, tooling and technic for new product.
Lead for corrective and preventive action in case delay and quality issue, make decision and finding solution for day-to-day issue and inform to concern member.
Summary data and information to handover package and align to concern team
Coaching and mentoring the technical knowledge regarding product engineering matter
Building and Develop team regarding to pride, passion, and performance.

Strong to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
Highly responsible, able to work under high pressure within a limited timeline
Good knowledge about production process especially jewellery manufacturing process
Have knowledge about Engineering tools
Technical competency in analytical, problem-solving skills, process management
Good coordination and communication skill
