  • Lead deposit growth and optimize profitability by leading strategies aligned with business direction and ALCO guidance, maximizing NII through effective NIM, deposit AUM, and customer acquisition management.
  • Develop Set clear product and funding strategies by defining target segments and growth priorities while managing inflows/outflows to ensure strong returns and a competitive cost of funds.
Product & Portfolio Management
  • Oversee end-to-end development of deposit and debit card products across digital and physical channels.
  • Manage the deposit portfolio to increase NII/NOII through data-driven cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance metrics including CASA ratio, COD, NIM, NII, and NOII.
Performance & Execution
  • Monitor and drive performance by tracking daily/weekly/monthly results across all channels and designing strategies to close gaps while coordinating execution with Finance, IT, Digital, Marketing, Compliance, and Branch Banking.
  • Strengthen product delivery and customer value by managing internal and external partnerships and ensuring effective execution of product and campaign initiatives.
Customer Experience & Compliance
  • Enhance customer experience by improving journeys across branch and digital touchpoints, while upholding strong governance through controlled sales processes, accurate documentation, and proper management of interest-rate parameters.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance with AMLO and BOT requirements and proactively mitigate fraud and mule-account risks to safeguard customers and the bank.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead process improvements and digitalization initiatives, including paperless product documents and QR-based materials.
  • Drive ongoing innovation to meet shifting customer behaviors and market trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Strong experience in deposit product management within the banking industry.
  • Solid understanding of portfolio management, financial modelling, and product development.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and digital-driven business skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
