Job PositionMechanical Leader - PlantJob Responsibilities

Planning, managing, maintaining, monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting of power plant equipment as Rotating machine, Accessories machine and Piping.
Supervise mechanical engineers in the safe and timely execution of their duties on a day to day basis.
Supervise mechanical repair and troubleshooting and assist in the training of mechanical engineers.
Set up preventive/predictive maintenance program and prepare all necessaries spare part and consumable materials for mechanical repair.
Improve technical information of mechanical equipment in maintenance database system.
Monitoring the environmental system.

Job Qualifications

At least bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years' experiences in mechanical maintenance power plant and 3 years as mechanical leader.
Good power plant process control, power plant engineering and maintenance management skill.
Ability to work “On Call” on weekends and holidays.
Good command of English (TOEIC score

500) and computer skills. * Goal - Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
