Together, we can build the future of data storage.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the Contamination Task Force Leader in executing contamination‑control strategies and improvement initiatives.
Investigate contamination‑related failures and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve contamination issues and improve processes.
Analyze quality trends, contamination‑related defects, and risk areas using statistical/analytical tools.
Support AI‑driven productivity and digitalization efforts to enhance contamination detection and quality responsiveness.
Assist in contamination‑related requirements for New Product Introduction (NPI) and reliability metrics.
Support overall product quality and reliability

QualificationsREQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (IE, Mechanical, Electrical, Material, or related field)
3-6 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Failure Analysis, Process Engineering, or other related technical roles in manufacturing.
Strong understanding of quality management systems, contamination control, failure analysis, and root‑cause methodologies (e.g., 8D).
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel
Ability to work cross‑functionally with urgency and attention to detail.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.

PREFERRED:

Familiarity with AI‑driven analytics, data‑modeling tools, or predictive quality systems.
Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) programs, or high-volume manufacturing.

SKILLS:

Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Basic leadership capability
Experience in SPC/Statistical tools
Knowledge of FMEA, Control plan, Process/product audit.
