You will be at the forefront of managing and leading a vibrant team, transforming our large-scale production processes. Your role isn't just to manage - it's to innovate, mentor, and excel. - A natural leader with a history of inspiring teams and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Proficient in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma.
- Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make swift decisions.
