Job DescriptionManage day-to-day sales operations and provide support to the Sales Manager and Managing Director.Conduct sales activities for existing chemical products and related materials, serving both domestic and overseas battery manufacturers.Visit customer facilities to follow up on sales promotions and assist in resolving technical or operational issues on-site.Identify and develop potential new markets and prospective customers.Participate in customer-led meetings related to supplier quality, delivery performance, and safety matters.Prepare and submit sales reports to the Sales Manager and Managing Director.Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager and Managing Director.RequirementsBachelor degree in any related field.Minimum of 2 years' experience in a B2B sales-related role is preferred.Ability to perform effectively under pressure; strong project management and problem-solving skills will be highly valued.Experience working in a multicultural or multinational environment is an advantage.Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese (N2 or above) are required,
